CALM measures organizational readiness to deal with change in three dimensions:
     infrastructure
     organization
     personal (workforce) mindsets

CALM also provides metrics for the following "bottom-line performance"
      e.g.  cost competitiveness
      customer satisfaction
CALM captures knowledge of both static and dynamic aspects of transformations.
CALM is thus able to project the likely outcome of organizational changes.
